It starts with the construction of a layer of epoxy resin, a glass net and quartz. The glass net is used to give great resistance to flexotraction, while quartz is the element which gives wear resistance.
Next, the decorware product is applied in three phases, the first two use the same colour, while the third is a different colour, lighter than the first two.
The third, lighter, application allows the colour of the previous applications to be seen, giving a cloudy effect.
It is also possible to have a completely uniform finish.
At the end, a transparent protective layer with an opaque or satin finished polyuretamic base is added.
Time for 100m2, about 7 days.
